Planet Eating
A downloadable game for Windows and Linux
Three teams. One flat, disc-shaped planet. Everything you own, someone else can take.
You start on your team's home island with nothing but your hands. You chop wood, break rocks,
hunt animals, cook what you kill, and build a base that has to survive the night — and the
other two teams. Thirty neutral islands lie between the three home islands. Their flags are
grey until someone stands in the ring long enough to paint them in a team colour.
Progress isn't a menu. It's your builder's hut: upgrade it and new ores, new tools and a new
boss become reachable. Five stages, five bosses, each with its own three waves.
**What's in here**
- **Survive** — hunger, thirst, poison, day and night. Ghosts and yetis come out after dark.
- **Build** — storages, workshops, mines, defences, gardens. Tear anything down and get half
the material back. On neutral islands, anyone may raid anyone.
- **Fight** — sword, spear, wooden bow with real arrows, shields, two sets of armour.
- **Take the islands** — 60 seconds in the ring paints a neutral flag. A defender pushes the
progress back step by step.
- **Play together** — open a public round the whole world can find, or a private one with a
six-character code. Or play alone.
- **Come back later** — the world saves itself every 20 seconds to the cloud and continues
exactly where you stopped.
**Controls and what to do:** there is no tutorial in the game yet. The videos on the
YouTube channel [@NeonCatch](https://www.youtube.com/@NeonCatch) show how it works — the
button **VIDEOS & HILFE** on the title screen takes you straight there.
**This is a demo.** When you beat the fifth boss, the game ends and tells you so. The full
version is coming to Steam. This page keeps getting updates in the meantime, and more
details will follow.
**How to play:** download, unzip the whole folder, run `PlanetEating_Demo.exe`.
Windows 64-bit. The game is in German.

## Planet Eating — Demo (Deutsch)
Drei Teams. Ein flacher Scheiben-Planet. Alles, was dir gehört, kann dir jemand wegnehmen.
Monsterwellen.
**Was drin ist**
laufend neue Aktualisierungen, genauere Infos folgen.
**So spielst du:** herunterladen, den ganzen Ordner entpacken, `PlanetEating_Demo.exe` starten.
